Spinach & Artichoke
- 1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
Dairy & Creamy Base
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Seasonings
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) to prepare it for baking the dip.
- Mix the Creamy Base: In a large mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth and fully combined.
- Add Seasonings: Stir into the creamy mixture the minced garlic, onion powder, crushed red pepper flakes if using, and salt and black pepper to your taste ensuring the flavors are well distributed.
- Incorporate Spinach and Artichokes: Fold in the drained, chopped spinach and artichokes along with the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese until everything is evenly mixed.
- Transfer to Baking Dish: Spoon the mixture into a small baking dish or an oven-safe skillet and spread it evenly.
- Bake: Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20–25 minutes until the dip is hot, bubbly, and slightly golden on top.
- Rest and Serve: Let the dip cool for a few minutes before serving. For an extra golden top, broil the dip for 1–2 minutes at the end of baking.
