Tacos:
- 8 small corn tortillas

Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken Tinga: Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté onion, add garlic, chipotle peppers, adobo sauce, tomatoes, broth, and spices. Add chicken, cook until done, shred, and return to sauce.
