- 4 slices sourdough bread
Cheese Mixture:
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese (softened)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- pinch of black pepper
Filling:
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves (washed and dried)
- 2 tablespoons butter (softened)
Instructions
- Cheese Mixture: In a small bowl, combine feta, mozzarella, cream cheese, garlic, and black pepper.
- Assemble Sandwiches: Spread the cheese mixture on two slices of bread. Top with spinach and cover with remaining bread slices.
- Grill: Butter the sandwiches on the outsides. Grill each side in a skillet over medium heat for 3–4 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
