Description

Bread:

  • 4 slices sourdough bread

Cheese Mixture:

  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • pinch of black pepper

Filling:

  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves (washed and dried)
  • 2 tablespoons butter (softened)

Instructions

  1. Cheese Mixture: In a small bowl, combine feta, mozzarella, cream cheese, garlic, and black pepper.
  2. Assemble Sandwiches: Spread the cheese mixture on two slices of bread. Top with spinach and cover with remaining bread slices.
  3. Grill: Butter the sandwiches on the outsides. Grill each side in a skillet over medium heat for 3–4 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
