Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F.

  3. Season the chicken: Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels, then rub all over with olive oil. Sprinkle the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken, pressing it in gently.
