Description

A fun and healthy Sheep Fruit Snack made with fresh banana slices, black and green grapes, mini marshmallows, raisins, and white sprinkles, arranged creatively to resemble a sheep. Perfect as a playful and nutritious treat for kids.

Ingredients

Scale

Fruits

  • 1 Banana
  • Black Grapes (about 6-8, halved)
  • Green Grapes (about 8-10, halved)
  • 1 Raisin (cut in half)

Decorations

  • 1 Mini Marshmallow (cut in half)
  • 2 White Sprinkles (for the nose)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Grapes and Banana: Cut a handful of black and green grapes in half using a sharp knife. Slice the banana into thin rounds for easy assembly.
  2. Create the Grass Base: Arrange the green grape halves at the bottom of your serving plate or tray to resemble grass.
  3. Form the Sheep’s Body: Place the banana slices in a circle above the green grapes to represent the fluffy body of the sheep.
  4. Assemble the Sheep’s Face and Feet: Position the black grape halves in the center of the banana circle to mimic the sheep’s face, and add two black grape halves at the bottom to serve as the feet.
  5. Add Eyes and Nose Details: Cut a mini marshmallow in half and place each half on the black grape face for eyes. Add two halves of a raisin on the marshmallows to form pupils. Finally, place two white sprinkles below the eyes to form the nose.

Notes

  • Use fresh, firm grapes and bananas for best results and sturdiness.
  • Be gentle when slicing to keep the shapes intact.
  • This snack is best served fresh but can be refrigerated for up to 2 hours before serving.
  • White sprinkles can be substituted with small pieces of coconut or white chocolate chips for a natural option.
