Description

Ingredients

Puff Pastry:

1 sheet puff pastry,

Cream Cheese Mixture:

4 oz cream cheese (softened), 2 tablespoons powdered sugar, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest,

Filling:

1/2 cup fresh raspberries, 1 tablespoon granulated sugar,

For Assembly:

1 egg (beaten for egg wash), powdered sugar for dusting (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare Cream Cheese Mixture: In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon zest until smooth.
  3. Prepare Puff Pastry: Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into 9 equal squares.
