Description

These Ranch Pinwheels are a crowd-pleasing appetizer featuring a creamy, flavorful filling rolled up in tortillas and sliced into bite-sized pinwheels. Perfect for gatherings or snacking, these pinwheels are easy to make and always a hit!

Filling:

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 ounce packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped cooked bacon
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup finely diced red bell pepper (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Assembly:

  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning until smooth and well combined.
  2. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, chopped bacon, green onions, and red bell pepper if using. Taste and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Lay out the tortillas and spread an even layer of the mixture over each one, reaching all the way to the edges.
  4. Roll each tortilla tightly into a log, then wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  5. Once chilled, slice each roll into 1-inch pinwheels and arrange on a serving platter. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
