These Ranch Pinwheels are a crowd-pleasing appetizer featuring a creamy, flavorful filling rolled up in tortillas and sliced into bite-sized pinwheels. Perfect for gatherings or snacking, these pinwheels are easy to make and always a hit!

Filling:
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 ounce packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup finely chopped cooked bacon
- 1/2 cup finely chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup finely diced red bell pepper (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Assembly:
- 4 large flour tortillas
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning until smooth and well combined.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, chopped bacon, green onions, and red bell pepper if using. Taste and season with salt and pepper.
- Lay out the tortillas and spread an even layer of the mixture over each one, reaching all the way to the edges.
- Roll each tortilla tightly into a log, then wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
- Once chilled, slice each roll into 1-inch pinwheels and arrange on a serving platter. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
- You can make these up to a day in advance.
- For a lighter version, use low-fat cream cheese and sour cream.
- Add chopped olives, diced ham, or spinach for variation.
