- 8 oz cremini or white mushrooms (sliced)

- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme (or ½ tsp dried)
- Chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Mashed Potatoes: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook potatoes until fork-tender, then mash with butter and milk. Season with salt and pepper.
- Meatballs: Combine beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Shape into meatballs and brown in a skillet. Set aside.
- Mushroom Stew: In the same skillet, cook mushrooms and onion. Add tomato paste, flour, broth, Worcestershire sauce, and thyme. Return meatballs to the skillet and simmer.
- Serve the stew over mashed potatoes and garnish with parsley.
