Description

Fresh and vibrant Mango Salsa made with ripe mango, creamy avocado, red onion, cilantro, and zesty lime juice. Perfect as a refreshing side or topping for grilled dishes, tacos, or chips.

Ingredients

Scale

Fruits & Vegetables

  • 1 mango, diced
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/2 medium red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 small bunch cilantro (about 1/2 cup), chopped

Condiments

  • 2 tablespoons lime juice (from 1 medium lime)

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a medium bowl, place the diced mango, diced avocado, finely chopped red onion, and chopped cilantro together.
  2. Add Lime Juice & Toss: Squeeze 2 tablespoons of fresh lime juice over the mixture or add more to taste. Gently toss everything together to blend the flavors evenly. Serve immediately for the freshest taste.

Notes

  • For best results, use ripe but firm mango and avocado to maintain texture.
  • This salsa is best served fresh but can be refrigerated for up to 1 day.
  • Adjust lime juice and cilantro quantity to your taste preference.
  • Pairs well with grilled fish, chicken, or as a dip with tortilla chips.
