- 1/2 cup whole milk

- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon (divided)
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (divided)

- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
