Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the fruit filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine peaches, 1/3 cup sugar, lemon juice, cornstarch, and vanilla. Transfer to a greased 9×9-inch baking dish.
