Main Ingredients:
- 2 packs instant ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 green onions (sliced)
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds (optional)
Sauce:
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 teaspoon sriracha (optional)
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons water
Instructions
- Cook Ramen Noodles: Boil water and cook ramen noodles for 3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare Sauce: Sauté garlic in sesame oil. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sriracha, brown sugar, and water. Cook for 1–2 minutes.
- Combine: Add cooked noodles to the skillet, toss to coat in sauce, and cook for another 1–2 minutes.
- Serve: Top with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
