Main Ingredients:

  • 2 packs instant ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 green onions (sliced)
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds (optional)

Sauce:

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons water


Instructions

  1. Cook Ramen Noodles: Boil water and cook ramen noodles for 3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Prepare Sauce: Sauté garlic in sesame oil. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sriracha, brown sugar, and water. Cook for 1–2 minutes.
  3. Combine: Add cooked noodles to the skillet, toss to coat in sauce, and cook for another 1–2 minutes.
  4. Serve: Top with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.

Notes

  • Add stir-fried veggies, scrambled eggs, or leftover chicken for a heartier meal.
