Salmon:

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Cream Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, drained and sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Season and Sear Salmon: Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Sear in olive oil until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
