  • 8 oz mushrooms (sliced)
  • 4 cups fresh baby spinach

  • Juice of ½ lemon


Instructions

  1. Season and Sear Salmon: Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Sear in olive oil until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
