Brownie Cookie Dough:

- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (divided)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar

- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and 1 cup of chocolate chips in 30-second intervals until smooth. Let cool slightly.
- Prepare Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk eggs, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla until thick and pale. Slowly mix in the melted chocolate.
- Combine Dry Ingredients: In a small bowl, whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Stir into wet mixture until combined.
- Add Chocolate Chips: Fold in remaining chocolate chips. Scoop dough, place a chocolate truffle in the center, cover with more dough, and shape into a ball.
- Bake: Place on baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are set but centers are soft.
- Cool and Serve: Let cool on the sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Serve warm for a gooey center.
Notes
- For extra richness, use dark chocolate chips.
- You can chill the dough for 30 minutes if it’s too sticky.
