Description

Cream Cheese Layer:

  • 16 oz cream cheese (softened, divided into two 8 oz blocks)

Instructions

  1. Cranberry Topping: In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine cranberries, sugars, water, orange juice, and zest. Cook until thickened, about 8-10 minutes. Stir in jalapeño, cilantro, and salt. Cool completely.
  2. Assembly: Spread softened cream cheese on a platter. Spoon cranberry mixture over the top. Serve with crackers or bread.

  • Make the cranberry topping up to 3 days ahead and store in the fridge.
