- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 can (15 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 bag (28–30 oz) frozen tater tots
- Chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook Ground Beef: In a skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Combine Ingredients: Stir in mushroom soup, sour cream, 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, and corn. Transfer to a baking dish.
- Add Tater Tots: Arrange tater tots on top of the beef mixture.
- Bake: Bake for 35–40 minutes until tater tots are crispy. Add remaining cheese and bake for 5 more minutes.
- Serve: Let cool slightly, garnish with parsley, and serve.
