Cookie Dough Filling:

  • ¼ cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour (heat-treated)
  • ⅓ cup mini chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Churro Dough: In a medium saucepan, combine water, butter, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil, remove from heat, and stir in flour. Let cool, then mix in eggs and vanilla. Pipe dough into hot oil, fry until golden brown, then coat in cinnamon sugar.
  2. Cheesecake Filling: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Cookie Dough Filling: Cream butter and sugars, add milk, vanilla, flour, and chocolate chips.
  4. Assembly: Combine cheesecake and cookie dough fillings, pipe into churros, and serve warm.
