Pizza Dough:

  • 1 pound pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

Fillings:

  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce (plus more for dipping)
  • 6 slices provolone cheese
  • 12 slices deli ham
  • 12 slices Genoa salami
  • 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Additional:

  • 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Heat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the Dough: Roll out the pizza dough into a 10×14-inch rectangle on a floured surface.
  3. Add Fillings: Spread marinara sauce, layer cheeses and meats, sprinkle seasonings over the dough.
  4. Roll and Bake: Roll the dough tightly, brush with egg, sprinkle with Parmesan, bake for 25–30 minutes until golden.
