- 6 slices provolone cheese
- 12 slices deli ham
- 12 slices Genoa salami
- 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Additional:
- 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Heat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the Dough: Roll out the pizza dough into a 10×14-inch rectangle on a floured surface.
- Add Fillings: Spread marinara sauce, layer cheeses and meats, sprinkle seasonings over the dough.
- Roll and Bake: Roll the dough tightly, brush with egg, sprinkle with Parmesan, bake for 25–30 minutes until golden.
